Cream of Roasted Pumpkin & Chestnut Soup

with a generous sprinkling  of toasted seeds and artisan beer bread croutons or

Liver & Chiltern Gin Parfait

with a moreish handmade Hop Pickled Onion and toasted artisan beer bread or

Crab Salad

with a citrus and fennel dressing on toasted  artisan beer bread and with herb mayonnaise or

Ricotta

drizzled with date syrup and served on toasted artisan beer bread.


Main Course


Duck Leg

slow-roasted on the bone for depth of flavour, served with creamed potato, red cabbage, buttered greens and Madeira sauce or

Roast Turkey

with chestnut and apricot stuffing, beef dripping roast potatoes, maple roasted carrots and parsnips, buttered greens and delicious ale gravy or

Royal Fish Pie

with king prawns and scallops in a prosecco sauce, topped with Red Leicester mash and served with buttered greens or

Wild Mushroom Ragout

 drizzled with truffle oil and served on a crispy polenta cake with roasted carrots and parsnips, buttered greens and goats cheese crumb.


Dessert


 The Chiltern Brewery’s Lord Lieutenant’s Porter infused Christmas Pudding

served with brandy sauce or

Imperial Stout & Chocolate Tart

with brandy-soaked apricots and vanilla ice cream or

Baked Vanilla Cheesecake -

served with homemade and wonderfully fragrant rose petal jam, or

Citrus Fruit Salad

topped with seed and nut granola and locally made sorbet or

Cheeseboard  

with handmade Beer Cheese and Terrick Truckle Cheese

 served with Old Ale Chutney and homemade fragrant rose petal jam, grapes and crackers.
